Street triple R is exactly what I was hoping for Okay but no tft dash, no bar end mirrors, no ohlins rear suspension, no cruise control option, no fully adjustable levers, no belly pan, less power, no track mode, no front brembo stylema brakes, no nifty daytime running lights. That's exactly what you get with the Street Triple R. So yes, they do make the Street with fully adjustable suspension. But I agree that fully adjustable suspension should be on the standard model. The "R" model should just be the standard model. It doesn't even cost much more and would be even cheaper if it were standard on every bike. Don't get the LRH, it has a bespoke suspension (different than the regular Street Triple) plus thinner seat. Heck, you should be able to flat foot even the taller Speed Triple. Newtonhog.
